Taco Tuesdays always, am I right? Particularly firm air fryer tacos! Stuffed corn tortillas with succulent chicken and cheddar, crisped up in the air fryer for a traditional crunch.

The previous summer, Mike and I were sufficiently fortunate to go on an excursion through New Mexico.
